Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and Unwashed: Items must be in original condition
  • Tags Attached: All original tags and labels must be intact
  • Original Packaging: Items should be returned in original packaging when possible
  • Proof of Purchase: Order number or receipt required
  • Hygiene Items: Underwear, swimwear, and socks cannot be returned unless defective

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items worn, washed, or damaged by customer
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items returned after 30-day window
  • Items purchased with promotional codes during final sale events
  • Gift cards and digital products

Return Process

Online Returns (Recommended)

  3. Print Return Label: Free prepaid return label provided
  4. Package Items: Securely pack items with return form
  5. Ship: Drop off at any authorized shipping location

In-Store Returns

  • Bring items and proof of purchase
  • Immediate processing and refund available
  • No shipping fees required

Refund Processing

Refund Methods

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Processing Time: 5-10 business days after we receive returned items
  • Store Credit: Optional store credit available immediately upon return
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except for our errors)

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Items returned in less than perfect condition

  • Items returned outside the 30-day window (at our discretion)

Exchanges

Holiday Returns

Final Sale Items

  • No Returns: Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
